Once, in a time of crisis, when I felt everything was broken and collapsing, my husband took me to Rosh Hanikra.
There, between the burrows, during the late winter, the waves crashed on the rocks in unparalleled strong movements, from different directions, factors and in vibrant colors.
In those moments I identified with the waves, I wanted to connect with them, to inject with them, to shatter with them.
Then my husband told me:
"Stop for a moment, do not look at the waves, but at the rock on which they are shattering. This rock continues to stand firm and does not change. It stands strongly connected to where it is."
