Dear Horowitz family.
With the permission of Rabbi Dov Lior, Rabbi of the city of Hebron - Kiryat Arba, Rabbi Bleicher Rosh Yeshiva, rabbis, students and residents.
On the evening of Friday, Tuesday, March 2, around 8:30 PM, two terrorists entered the Horowitz family home in Kiryat Arba and murdered the late Rabbi Eli and Dina in cold blood.
Unfortunately I did not get to know the couple personally in their lives. I know that Rabbi Eli was one of the pillars of the Shavei Hebron Yeshiva and worked diligently to unite the ranks of the people and was a model for the pleasantness of people, the love of man, the people and the land.
Unfortunately we were unable to prevent the horrific murder. The IDF, combined with all the security forces, will make every effort to combat terrorism and provide security and a proper lifestyle for the local residents.
Dear Horowitz family! I have no consolation for such a great loss. Who will give and you will know no more sorrow.
